Located inside the exclusive gated Angler's Reef community in the heart of Islamorada, the 1,650 square foot spectacular vacation home has ocean views from its porch and balcony.  

Enjoy comfort and privacy with two bedrooms located on the 2nd floor, each with its own bathroom and spacious closet. Inside the master bedroom, you'll find a king-sized bed, cable television, dressers, and a private bathroom including a spacious stand-up shower with bench and double vanity. The master bedroom also has a walkout, ocean-view balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy the sunrise. The guest bedroom features two queen-sized beds, cable television, abundant dresser space, and its private bathroom includes shower with full bathtub. For your convenience, each upstairs bathroom includes hair dryers and starter toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, body lotion and hand soap. Should you need an extra bed, the downstairs area includes two chairs that pull out to comfortable single sleepers. Additional pillows, bedding and blankets can also be found throughout the home.

Downstairs, ocean views off the porch make the perfect setting for morning coffee or 'anytime' cocktails (it is the Keys). The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, stove, granite counters, and looks into the living room which includes an over-sized couch for movie night on the 75" flat screen, smart TV. Of course, cable, WiFi, and telephone are included. The home is fully stocked for all your needs so pack light. Items in the home include a coffee maker (Keurig and auto drip), blender, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, linens, bath towels, beach towels, iron, and even a collection of books and games. The home also has its own washer-dryer in the hallway, as well as a gas BBQ grill out back.

The home has room to park a total of 2 cars in a covered carport.  The community pool, beaches, and a marina are only steps away. Charming, local restaurants are also within walking distance, or jump in the car or on the boat for a trip to local shops, award-winning restaurants or adventure at the local marine or wake boarding parks.

We are one of Islamorada’s limited number of licensed weekly vacation rental homes, VR-239.

Home rentals are Saturday to Saturday with some limited exceptions.

At your option, based on availability, you can also rent a boat slip, which includes electric and water, for an additional weekly charge. Max boat length allowed is 31′ with a max height of 10.5′.
